We are writing to say how pleased we are with the felling and grinding work carried out for us by your tree surgeons.  They were careful and considered in all that they did, and had a nice sense of humour in the most trying of weather conditions.  We particularly liked the way in which they heeded and eased our concerns by explaining everything carefully.  It was evident that they took a professional pride in their work, which was of a high standard.
