I take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the first class work undertaken. Initially we thought that perhaps two of the trees should have been reduced a little more. The next day when we viewed the trees from the landing window it was clear that good judgement had been used by your team to achieve a balanced shape of all 5 trees. The work had clearly been undertaken by expert tree surgeons – well done. Please pass on our thanks to the individuals involved.
