Jill & Neil Macbeth – Commercial Directors

Our Commercial Directors started the business and have successfully built a diverse team of people who really enjoy working together and who love all that is tree surgery. Neil Macbeth is Rospa Gold Approved which means that in addition to his flair for all that is machinery he takes a personal interest in the level of skill of all our drivers. Jill Macbeth is a meticulous Project Manager ensuring all business operations run smoothly. This is combined with a real passion for instilling an unrivalled work ethic across our teams!

Clare Macbeth – Commercial Manager

Our Commercial Manager has 20 years business experience specialising in customer relationship management and process/policy activities. IOSH Managing safely certified and qualified with a Masters Degree in Business Administration she works to ensure customer experience is at the heart of all activities undertaken. Introducing our Operatives: “Hi, My name is Adam. I have been working for South Bucks Tree Surgeons for over 12 years as Senior Groundsman. The company employ a really talented team of ten operatives. All of the employees I work with hold the required accreditations and many have worked for the business between 3-8 years. Typical qualifications held are CS30/CS31/CS32/CS38/CS39. These are further complimented with ROLO, IPAF, CSCS Operative level approval, Street Works, Woodchipper and Stump Grinder operations, Safe Manual Handling, PA1/PA6 safe use of pesticides and Arb Aid (a specialist first aid course)… It’s a long list!!!
